Lorain County Medical Reserve Corps

6/23 -- Volunteer opportunities have increased in Lorain County, and the Lorain County Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) is here to coordinate these efforts. The Lorain County MRC was created in March 2008 to enhance response efforts during times of emergency and non-emergency. The Lorain County MRC is state and nationally recognized, which allows for enhanced training opportunities and liability coverage for registered volunteers. The Lorain County MRC is currently enrolling volunteers in the program. Medical professionals, as well as non-medical volunteers, are encouraged to join.
